A future-oriented model and a broad development process form the important and impressive basis of the target-oriented community development in Marling. The projects, which have already been realized, have   helped to secure tourism as a source of illicit revenue and the planned projects will foster a sustainable development within the community. It must also be underlined that all the measures are balanced very well and have helped to further improve the togetherness among community members, as well as the living standards.
